But does it have Majima everywhere?

The demo is roughly 20 minutes long and features two distinct sections. First, players will defeat enemies at the Kiyomizu temple. This will allow everyone to get a feel for the four different fighting styles of the game. Whether you’re cutting down enemies with the Swordsman style or taking them out at a range with the Gunman style, you’ll be able to get a better sense of how combat in Like A Dragon: Ishin works.

Similarly to Yakuza 0, you’ll have access to all four styles and switch between them using the D-Pad. Be sure to try out all of the different styles in the demo to see which one you like best.

The second part of the demo will pit players against three armored warriors, who are much tougher to deal with. This will test how well you’ve learned to master the combat of Like A Dragon: Ishin and give you a sense of how challenging the game can be.

Players who sign up for the Sega newsletter before March 20, 2023, will gain access to two exclusive in-game weapons. The Bonechewer Katan and the Waterdrop Katana. These can be used to decimate any foe that stands in your way.

The demo for Like A Dragon Ishin is available now on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.

Like A Dragon: Ishin launches on February 21, 2023. If you purchase the Digital Deluxe Edition for $69.99, you can play the game starting on February 17, 2023.
