Naturally, you’re going to pay off your bounty through different methods depending on which faction is frustrated with you. Since it’s the simpler of the two, let’s start with the United Colonies. To pay off their bounty, you’ll want to speak to either the guard at the security checkpoint of New Atlantis or Sergeant Yumi in the nearby UC Security Office. If you manage to piss off a settled system that isn’t controlled by one of the two major factions, then it’ll depend on a case-by-case basis. If figuring that out isn’t for you, there is a much simpler way. If you own an Outpost, you can construct a Self-Service Bounty Clearance kiosk. To build it, you need the following materials:

  • 4x Aluminum
  • 2x Zero Wire
  • 2x Beryllium

This also lets you pay off the bounties for either of the major factions if you find yourself wanting a convenient place to clear multiple bounties.
