While target-farming runes are technically impossible, there are ways you can have more runes drop by farming either the Undercity or tormented bosses. For tormented bosses, each run will drop a single rune. However, getting the boss summoning materials makes it a lot harder for a consistent way to get runes. Joining rota farming boss groups will ensure that you get at least four runes per summon since you are sharing it with three other members.

What Are Tec Runes Used For in Diablo 4 Vessel of Hatred?
Tec runes are mostly used for crafting Tyrael’s Might, which is basically almost every build’s endgame goal. Tyrael’s Might offers so much survivability that any other chest armor piece that doesn’t have a build-defining effect will pale in comparison.
Crafting it will need two Resplendent Sparks, six Lith Runes, six Tec runes, and 6 Feo runes. These materials can get a bit expensive if you choose to buy them with a goal, and you also need to farm Resplendent Sparks from salvaging Mythic unique or finishing the seasonal challenges.
The other runes may take a billion gold to buy them all, but only because Lith runes are so expensive since they are rare and everyone wants to craft a Tyrael’s Might.
