Baldo: The Guardian Owls Gets August Release Date

In a new trailer shared by IGN, the official release date for Baldo: The Guardian Owls was revealed. For those unfamiliar with the game, it’s an indie title from NAPS Team with some cute as heck visuals inspired by classic Zelda games.

Baldo: The Guardian Owls Gets August Release Date

Baldo: The Guardian Owls will release on August 27 for Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo Switch, PC, and Apple Arcade. The game was initially revealed back in 2019 and received a fair amount of attention thanks to its visuals which were inspired by classic Zelda titles and feel reminiscent of Studio Ghibli’s animated films. 

The release date was revealed in a new trailer from IGN, which you can check out at the bottom of this article. To get people hyped about the release, the trailer shows off some gameplay and exploration, along with glimpses of different characters, enemies, and locations. 

A week earlier, IGN had also uploaded a preview video for Baldo: The Guardian Owls that we recommend checking out if you’re looking to learn even more about the game. Again, Baldo: The Guardian Owls is scheduled to release on August 27 and will be available for Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo Switch, PC, and Apple Arcade.
