What is the Razorback Armada?

At its most basic level, the Razorback Armada is a special event that when triggered will give players access to a special level and boss fight, allowing them a chance to earn special loot and gear. When the node appears, players will receive a special Razorback Cipher Blueprint by Inbox message from the Lotus. At this point they’ll need to craft the Cipher, which will allow them to access the actual mission.

In order to craft the Razorback Cipher, players will need 1,500 Polymer Bundles, 3 Gallium, and 4 Cryptographic ALUs. Make sure to check out our guide on how to farm Cryptographic ALUs for more help obtaining those special items. Once a player has crafted the Razorback Cipher, they can then access the mission and fight their way to the end-boss fight.

Players will also need a Razorback Cipher in order to access the boss room, and each time that you enter, it will take one Razorback Cipher from every party member’s inventory. Because of this, we’d suggest having multiple of these items on you, as it will allow you to complete the event multiple times, as well as give you a buffer in case you fail to complete the event on the first try.

Inside the boss room players will face off against the Razorback, a very powerful enemy within the Warframe universe. The big kicker about this boss fight is that the player will not be able to actually damage the Razorback with their own weapons, instead they will need to rely upon the Bursas offering covering fire.
