Grand Theft Auto V, or the fifth entry in the legendary GTA franchise is the most successful entertainment medium of all time following its official releases years ago.
However, a newfound interest in the game has been found thanks to Epic Games making GTA V utterly free on the Epic Games Store, which means a treasure trove of players is now able to experience the historic title without any cost.
There are sure to be plenty of new players who have never jumped into the insane world of Rockstar Games’ premiere game, which allows you to switch between three different characters when you are playing. How to Switch Characters in GTA V
The three characters that players can switch between in GTA V consist of Trevor, Michael, and Franklin. Trevor is a drug-addicted psychopath who has no hesitation in murdering someone for the slightest thing, which means you will likely find him engaging in some extremely odd or destructive behavior when you are switching to him.
Franklin begins the game as a low-level street criminal who quickly ascends higher in the criminal underworld after meeting Michael and Trevor. Michael is a family man who has lost all passion and motivation after faking his death and starting a new life that can be found lying around drunk at his house.
Now, the process to switch between these three characters is not complicated. Those using a controller just need to press down on the down button on the directional pad, which will bring up the character selection wheel in the bottom right corner of the screen.
You will then have the ability to switch between all of the available characters you have. PC players using a keyboard and mouse need to use to L-Alt command to perform this same action.
