The Call of Duty: Ghosts perk system works on points. By default, players receive eight points to spend on perks. Each perk has its own unique point value. For example, you could choose four perks, each with a point value of two. On the other hand, you could choose eight perks that each cost only one point. You get the idea.
Ghosts allows you to remove items from your load out, giving you more points to spend on perks. If you chose to leave your secondary weapon and tactical equipment blank — as we suggest in our video — you will be granted two additional points to spend on perks. The opportunities to customize your perks are nearly endless.
