During Diablo 4’s first act, you’ll find yourself traversing through the freezing region of Fractured Peaks, searching for various crucial companions to aid you on your journey to save Sanctuary. One of these key characters is Neyrelle, who you’ll have to search for to progress further into the story and toward the second act. If you are curious, continue reading to discover where to search for Neyrelle during both the Wayward and Shroud of the Horadrim quests in Diablo 4.
Neyrelle Location During Wayward Quest in Diablo 4
During the Wayward quest, you’ll begin your journey to finding Neyrelle inside the Darkened Holt dungeon just northwest of Yelesna. As you run through Mistral Woods, run to the northernmost point until you find a Three-Faced Statue. However, rather than interacting with it, go right slightly to find a narrow path leading to the dungeon.
Activating this dungeon will immediately start Shroud of the Horadrim, where you’ll have to continue searching for Neyrelle. To avoid heavy spoilers, I won’t detail what happens in the story but will reveal the path you’ll have to take along the way.

Neyrelle Location During Shroud of the Horadrim Quest in Diablo 4
Once you enter the Darkened Holt dungeon, travel east through the snowy paths until you reach the southeast corner of the area. You’ll find plenty of monsters along the way, so make sure you’re ready for combat!
As you can tell by the map below, I initially got a bit lost and went north before running back south and finding the correct spot. It happens to the best of us; learn from my mishap!
By reaching this spot, you’ll progress further into the Shroud of the Horadrim quest and get one step closer to completing Diablo 4’s first act.
