Overwatch 2 was officially announced at Blizzcon 2019. The sequel to Blizzard Entertainment’s popular first-person shooter will be bringing a variety of changes to the first-person shooter franchise. One of the most significant of these changes is the character redesign of many of the game’s heroes. Fortunately, we have a direct comparison of each character redesign in the new title covered for you.

Overwatch 2 Character Redesign Comparison

Blizzard has revealed a new look for seven heroes, at the time of this writing. There are expected to be plenty more shown off in the future. The current heroes where you can see a comparison of how the new looks are compared to how they appeared in the franchise’s first game are Tracer, Mercy, Reinhardt, Genji, Mei, Winston, and Lucio.

It is nice to see that our favorite heroes will be getting a major revamp of their looks in ways that are sure to excite plenty of players to use the new looks of these characters in the future. I know I can not wait to boop some people off of maps while rocking the new look of Lucio.
