Where to Find Malignant Invokers in Diablo 4

You can get Malignant Invokers by completing dungeons in Diablo 4 or crafting them at Cormond’s Workbench with Malignant Ichor. I was able to find an Invoker just by completing standard Dungeons when I created my seasonal Druid. Within a few minutes of taking down monsters, I had a Brutal Invoker in my inventory.

Crafting the Malignant Invokers is more time-consuming but the results are better for specific items. To start crafting them, you need to progress the Season 1 story with Cormond. Once you have his workbench unlocked in the Dry Steppes, you can start crafting Invokers and Caged Hearts. However, you will need plenty of Malignant Ichor.

Most of the Malignant Ichor in Diablo 4 is found by participating in Malignant Tunnels, completing World Events, or simply defeating Malignant monsters. These are saved in your materials bag just like Sigil Powder when creating Nightmare Sigils. Simply running over them as you kill enemies will place the Ichor in your materials section.

As you progress through the seasonal story in Diablo 4, you’ll also gain access to a mystery version of the Malignant Invoker at Cormond’s Workbench. These offer the best results and will require the most Ichor overall, but it’s certainly worth grinding for.
