Diablo IV Druid Class Skills and Abilities

by Liana Ruppert

Now that we have Diablo IV confirmed and on the way, let’s take a look at the Diablo IV Druid Class Skills and Abilities before the game’s arrival. Now that we’ve had a taste of that horrifically tantalizing cinematic trailer in addition to the gameplay first-look, we wanted to deep-dive into the class that almost didn’t make it into the game

Diablo IV Druid Basic Attacks

  • Earthspike: Impaling the first enemy hit after an earth strike. Each Earthstrike increases a chance to land a Crushing Blow
  • Shred: The ability to shapeshift into a werewolf
  • Storm Strike: Electrical damage can strike two enemies at once
  • Maul: The ability to shapeshift into a werebear with increased defense
  • Wind Shear: Improves movement speed temporarily after conjuring a Blade of Wind

Spirit Attacks

  • Pulverize: This ability deals massive damage by transforming the Druid into a werebear while slamming into the ground
  • Landslide: Uses the earth to crush enemies while improving the chance at a Crushing Blow
  • Tornado: Conjures up a tornado to deal random directional damage

Defensive Attacks

  • Cyclone Armor: Gives the druid a powerful armor made of wind that gives ranged damage reduction from enemies
  • Earthen BulwarK: Gives the druid an armor of rocks temporarily, making the player Unstoppable. When the rocks disintegrate, they will cause damage to nearby foes
  • Trample: As a werebear, players can rush and stun nearby enemies
  • Debilitating Roar: The werebear can roar, reducing attack speed of close enemies
  • Ravenous Bite: Werewolf bites can self-heal while causing enemy damage

  • Boulder: A large boulder can be summoned to knock back enemies, each hit landing massive amounts of damage
  • Hurricane: Shrouds the druid in a temporary hurricane that deals damage to close enemies

Companion – Passive Skills

  • Vine Creeper: A vine that randomly erupts from the ground to poison enemies with a target area for strangulation and an effective stun effect
  • Wolf: Several wolfs can be called to bite foes, targeting enabled
  • Raven: Ravens can provide aerial attacks and inflict Vulnerability

  • Cataclysm: Conjures a storm with tornadoes and lightning for maximum damage
