Kingdoms of Amalur Remaster Coming This September With New DLC

Not only is Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning coming out this September, it's also coming with some pretty stellar DLC.

Kingdoms of Amalur is an RPG that was massively underrated. Luckily, it’s getting a second lease on life with the Re-Reckoning remaster and now we’ve not only got a release date, we also have a new expansion announced as well for DLC.

The Kingdoms of Amalur remaster was originally slated for an August release date but has been met with a slight delay. No matter, it’s coming soon and with a few additional surprises like the incredible Collector’s Edition seen below in all of its statue glory: 

But wait, there’s more! Not only do we have a few different editions to enjoy, we also have new DLC as well. This beloved RPG continues to grow in the best way possible, which is great for fans and newcomers to Amalur alike!

Before we dive into the expansion, however, let’s dive into the different editions that players can purchase, including the CE seen above with the Alyn Shir statue, the soundtrack, DLC, artwork, and more. 

  • Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning Standard Edition
  • Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning Fate Edition, which comes with the Fatesworn DLC
  • Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning Collector’s Edition, which comes with all of the above in addition to the Amalur Keychain, the soundtrack, 5 pieces of artwork, and the Alyn Shir statue

As for the game itself, the new release date is set for September 8th on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC with the new Fatesword DLC that will be revealed in more detail here soon. For now, check out the latest trailer for the upcoming remaster and drool with us in excitement:
