Army of Two: The Devil’s Cartel Gets Official Release Date, Pre-Order Goodies

Bring some friends, because you're gonna need them.

First announced at the EA Gamer’s Summit a few months back in their Redwood City headquarters, Army of Two: The Devil’s Cartel by Visceral Games (the same team behind Dead Space) is slowly moving its way towards a release date. But don’t worry, the wait looks like it’ll be worth it.

EA has announced that the game will release on March 26th for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 and if you pre-order, it you’ll score some sweet goods.

Those who pre-order the game before release will be able to upgrade to an Overkill Edition for no extra charge, which comes with a TAH-9 sidearm, polymer textured outfit and mask, and the Double D auto shotgun, perfect for close encounters. You’ll also gain access to a Day of the Dead-themed outfit and assault rifle, as well as three Overkillers Contract variations. Color us intrigued.

We’ll have more details in the weeks ahead through an official preview. And did we mention the four-player co-op?
