Learn all about the different rideable Pokémon in Pokémon: Let’s Go Pikachu and Eevee.

In Pokémon: Let’s Go, players will encounter a ton of different Pokémon, including some which they can mount and ride around the Kanto region. Of course, knowing how to ride a Pokémon in Pokémon: Let’s can be daunting. Only a few Pokémon can be trained and ridden in Pokémon: Let’s Go. Fear not, this article will go over the full list of all the rideable Pokémon in Pokémon: Let’s Go.

All Rideable Pokémon

While the amount of Pokémon you can mount and ride around in Pokémon: Let’s Go are limited, there are still plenty for trainers to choose from, giving them a great way to get around the world. In fact, of the Pokémon that you can capture and train in Pokémon: Let’s Go, there are actually a total of 18 Pokémon that can be ridden during your journey around the Kanto region. We’ve listed them all out below, so you can get an idea of what Pokémon are available as mounts.

  • Aerodactyl
  • Arcanine
  • Charizard
  • Dodrio
  • Dragonite
  • Gyarados (Water)
  • Haunter
  • Kangaskhan
  • Lapras (Water)
  • Machamp
  • Onix
  • Persian
  • Rapidash
  • Rhyhorn
  • Rhydon
  • Snorlax
  • Starmie
  • Tauros

This list comes courtesy of Pokémon fan and Twitter user mattyoukhana and this list may be updated along the way if more rideable Pokémon are discovered in Pokémon: Let’s Go. For now, though, players have a nice assortment of Pokémon to find and catch. Of course, we do want to mention that at the moment, Gyrados and Lapras are the only rideable Pokémon that can be used in conjunction with the Sea Skim, which you’ll use to catch water-type Pokémon along the various watery paths in the Kanto region.
