LEGO City wasn’t built in a day, but it was built by Construction Workers. This class includes not only men and women who drive construction vehicles, but garbage men, tow truck drivers, and maintenance workers. The Construction class – yes, even the Garbage Worker – comes equipped with a drill, which is used to destroy shaky ground found all across the city.
There are eight classes in LEGO City Undercover: Civilian, Police, Robber, Miner, Astronaut, Farmer, Fireman, and Construction. Below is an excerpt from the official LEGO City Undercover guide detailing the disguises found in the Construction class:

Abilities
- Pneumatic Drill: This powerful tool is ideal for drilling through loose, shaky pavement.
- Hammer: Construction workers use their trusty hammers to knock some sense into fuse boxes on the fritz.
- Coffee Break: As a union worker, it’s important to exercise your right to a break every now and then. Look for special coffee break stations around LEGO City, and use a construction worker disguise to take a breather!

How to Get: Use the astronaut’s jetpack jump to reach the small room above the ladder you must pull down with the grapple gun. Smash the blue cabinet.
Docks Crane Driver

How to Get: Climb the docks’ eastern crane; the token is at the top.
Docks Foreman

How to Get: Beat the zone’s free run event.
Garage Worker
Location: Auburn
How to Get: Smash four objects around the beach and build their bricks into palm trees and other objects.
Harbor Worker
Location: Auburn
How to Get: Build the disguise booth.
Lance Linberger
Location: Auburn
How to Get: Navigate the south-central buildings, using the chimney updrafts to reach the hovering token.
Maintenance Worker
Location: Cherry Tree Hills
How to Get: Build the disguise booth.
Miles Rebar
Location: Pagoda
How to Get: On a ledge above the stores on the east end of Pagoda.
Patrick Wenham
Location: Special Assignment 12: “High Steal”
How to Get: Fix the fuse box near the right gate, use the color swapper, blast the nearby wall and climb it, smash the junk on the ledge.

How to Get: Complete all “Drill Thrills Completed” in LEGO City
Tow Truck Driver
Location: Auburn
How to Get: Complete the timed stud run around the crates at the North Docks.
