Hitman HD Enhanced Collection Arrives Next Week

Two classic Hitman titles are getting remastered with 4K support.

A pair of classic Hitman titles are getting remastered for Xbox One and PlayStation 4, according to an announcement today from Warner Bros. Interactive and developer IO Interactive. Both Hitman: Blood Money and Hitman: Absolution are getting the remaster treatment as part of the Hitman HD Enhanced Collection, which is due out next week on January 11, 2019.

Hitman HD Enhanced Collection

Both of the Hitman games contained in the collection will be playable in 4K resolution at 60 frames per second (fps) and will come with additional gameplay improvements, including upgraded textures and upscale support. “Hitman: Blood Money and Hitman: Absolution have helped us on our journey to where we are today, and we’re looking forward to players enjoying them in 4K and 60 fps,” said Hakan Abrak, CEO of IO Interactive. 

If you have always wanted to relive some of Agent 47’s most memorable missions from Blood Money or Absolution in stunning 4K on Xbox One or PS4, now is your chance. The Hitman HD Enhanced Collection will release for both PS4 and Xbox One console families on January 11. There’s no price point just yet for the US version, but we’ll be sure to keep you up to date as new information is revealed.
