The release of Fortnite Season 3 introduced a new and improved Battle Pass for Fortnite Battle Royale, complete with all-new weekly challenges for players to endure. While most of this week’s Battle Pass Challenges were easy enough to complete, there is one weekly challenge that has players scratching their heads. The challenge tasks players with visiting a Llama, a Fox, and a Crab while traversing the map in Battle Royale. These odd critters are relatively easy to find if you know where to look. Follow along with this guide to find out where to find the Llama, Fox, and Crab in Fortnite Battle Royale.
To complete this challenge, you must find three large structures in the map shaped like each respective animal. All you need to do is stand close enough to the structure for it to register for the challenge. There’s no prompt or button to press when you find these structures, but there usually is at least one chest hidden within each one, so be sure to search each animal structure before leaving.
To help you find the Crab, Fox, and Llama in Fortnite Battle Royale, we’ve included an image of the in-game map with yellow circles indicating where to look for each one. Keep in mind that you don’t need to find all three animals in a single round. Prioritize finding at least one critter per match and you’ll finish this weekly challenge in just three rounds.
Where is the Crab in Fortnite Battle Royale?
The Crab is located at the southernmost part of Moisty Mire at H10 in Fortnite Battle Royale. Moisty Mire is also a great place to land at the start if you want to find loot and collect wood early, so finding the Crab is well worth the effort. The Crab is a large wooden structure found on a cliff overlooking the water.
Where is the Fox in Fortnite Battle Royale?
To find the Fox in Fortnite Battle Royale, set a waypoint at J3 along the east edge of Wailing Woods. As you make your descent, look for a Fox-like structure made of stone, just beyond the maze facing away from the water. Don’t forget to search inside the Fox structure for chests and loot.
Where is the Llama in Fortnite Battle Royale?
To find the Llama in Fortnite Battle Royale, head to B1 just beyond Junk Junction in the far northwest corner of the map. The Llama is composed of scrap metal and is situated near the edge of a cliff near the water. At the base of the Llama, you’ll find a forbidden dance location that corresponds to a challenge from Week 2.
