Unlike most first person video games, Evolve doesn’t have collectibles like blueprints, statues or creepy masks. You will, however, unlock new characters, buffs and other useful things the further you progress. This holds true for both sides, so if you prefer to run amok as the Monster, expect to gain access to new creatures and bonuses as you evolve and meet specific requirements.
