Titled the Escape Tournament, the competition will run from June 22 through June 24, starting at 5:00 pm CST each day. The first day is centered around PC play, the second day is for PlayStation 4, and the last day focuses on Xbox One. Sponsors for the event include Alienware, Pixio, Arozzi, META, Gamer Supps, and Gaya, amongst others.

The Escape Tournament commemorates Dead By Daylight’s second anniversary, with more than $15,000 in prizes up for grabs during the inaugural Dead By Daylight invitational. The first place team on each platform can look forward to earning a $5,000 reward for their efforts, along with sponsored gear that goes to both first and second place teams.

In Dead By Daylight, teams of four survivors are pitted against a single killer, who must hunt down the survivors each round. Teams will take turns swapping between survivor and killer roles across three rounds. For more details on the Dead By Daylight Escape Tournament, visit the official Battlefly page for the event.

News of the inaugural Dead By Daylight tournament comes shortly after the release of the game’s new Curtain Call DLC, which celebrates the anniversary of Dead By Daylight by adding a new killer known as The Clown. The DLC also includes a new survivor named Kate, as well as several other in-game add-ons.
