On the island of Naxos in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, players can discover a tablet for the Stubborn Mule Ainigmata Ostraka during the Death and Disorder mission objective. If you have yet to collect the tablet for the Stubborn Mule Ainigmata Ostraka, you must first locate a cave called the Cave of Mt. Zas on the southern end of Naxos island, just north of Zeus Cove. Clear out the enemies inside the cave, then look for the Stubborn Mule tablet in front of the altar in the room behind the narrow crack in the wall.
Stubborn Mule Ainigmata Ostraka Solution
Here is what the Stubborn Mule Ainigmata tablet says:
“If you climb to the peak of Mount Zas, you will see two smaller islands to the south. I can only be found on one of the islands in a pile of hay near a friendly donkey. Make a decision – the last traveler starved to death trying to choose between the two.”
The description on the tablet clearly states where to go to collect the Engraving for this riddle. From Zeus Cove on the island of Naxos, travel south to find two smaller islands. Dock at the north shore of the island on the left.
Locate a donkey resting along the beach and search the pile of hay beside the trough to unlock a new Engraving that provides a damage bonus to spears and staffs.
