Don’t get us wrong; Skyrim is an incredible RPG experience but Morrowind will always have that number one spot in my heart personally as an Elder Scrolls fan. We’ve covered this project a ton through the years and their latest update keeps that excitement going. For those that are unfamiliar, Morrowind: Rebirth is exactly as it sounds: a total overhaul mod that aims to completely change the way Morrowind functions to make it even more stunning, more beautiful, and even better gaming experience for fans of the beloved Bethesda franchise. With the Elder Scrolls VI entry still a few years away, this mod is an awesome way to keep that Tamriel love going without replaying the same experience over and over again.

The latest Morrowind Rebirth mod update is all about the Grezelands. According to the mod’s creator, “By far the largest and most popular overhaul mod for Morrowind, Rebirth has made countless changes to make the game feel like an all-new experience over the years, with any number of tweaks to the gameplay, graphics, and content of Morrowind. Completely changing entire cities, adding new settlements and dungeons, and updating various graphical details with new models and textures. There’s very little left untouched by Rebirth, and that goes especially so for the idyllic Grazelands of eastern Morrowind!”

In the last major update for Rebirth, the 5.0 release from November of 2019, Trancemaster has made a few new changes to this scenic grassy landscape, including an overhaul of the village of Vos, with new farms on the city’s outskirts, as well as updated visual changes to the rest of this Velothi settlement. The rest of the Grazelands has also seen a number of new additions over the years, from new Dwemer ruins and Daedric shrines, to a new Tribunal temple and Telvanni stronghold, among other pastoral landmarks, as well as numerous visual updates to the landscape and graphics, to make for an even more scenic experience! So join us as we take a look at the Grazelands with Morrowind Rebirth 5.0!
