The team over at Bungie is revealing their next season for Destiny 2, but they took the time to dedicate to the team and to the world before showing off what the game has in store. In a heartfelt inside look, Bungie took us behind the scenes to show the impact of COVID-19 with each individual and then took that platform even further with a moment of silence in support of Black Lives Matter with info on how people can educate themselves and be a part of the solution.

This is the first time in a long time that a studio has made the process of game creation seem so human. A lot of gamers get caught up in their feelings about how a game is, and opinions matter, but it’s easy to forget that there are hardworking people behind these adventures we take part in.

COVID-19 shut the entire world down with forced quarantines and forever changed how we approach daily activities. Now, as the pandemic continues, the world joined together in another shared experience in the journey to end police brutality and to amplify the black voices in our community so that we are one step closer to total equality for all.
