Baby Yoda Invades Star Wars Battlefront 2 With This Mod

Baby Yoda is everywhere, so naturally he made his way into Star Wars Battlefront 2.

Ah, “Baby Yoda.” The name we’ve given the adorable little guy in Disney+’s The Mandalorian. Though we don’t know his actual name, this cute little nugget of pure murderous joy has united the internet in full and has gifted us with some of the best meme-worthy GIFs to use online. Now this cutesy little feller is back in a different way with the help of this pretty awesome Star Wars Battlefront 2 mod.

Some may notice that the eyes aren’t right, but the modder has assured those that commented in the responding Reddit thread that these are just test images and that things like the eyes and exact replication will be implemented when the mod is ready to deploy.

Ready for “Baby Yoda” to yeet Vader into oblivion? Feast your eyes on the first test shot:

Though not an official addition to the game, it’s a solid way for the team behind Battlefront 2 to gauge interest for possible future events. The latest Star Wars Battlefront has hosted events and new additions from both movies and TV shows, so the idea that Baby Yoda could make his way in the title officially isn’t that far-fetched.

There’s no download for the mod at this time because it’s still in testing phase, but you can sub to the thread here for when a link goes live.
